Ideally located in Pirou Plage, a family-friendly seaside resort renowned for its long, unspoiled beaches, the villa enjoys a prime location in the heart of the Cotentin’s west coast.

It serves as an ideal starting point for exploring the region’s iconic sites:
• Mont-Saint-Michel: about a 1.5-hour drive
• Utah Beach: about 50 minutes
• Cherbourg-en-Cotentin: about 50 minutes
• Barneville-Carteret: about 30 minutes (33 km)
• Portbail: about 25 minutes (right on the Côte des Isles)

An ideal location for alternating between beaches, unspoiled nature, and major historical sites.

A security deposit of 1,500€ (check not cashed) will be required upon arrival and returned after the property inspection if everything is in order.
