"The hotel has a great location, just a 1 minute walk from the town center and main street and offers a very pleasant view. The leisure area also does its job.
However, for a 4 star hotel, there are several points that need attention:
The room feels a bit outdated and could use a renovation. In the bathroom, we noticed the absence of shampoo and conditioner, which are basic amenities expected at this category.
The parking is paid, but highly disappointing. The spaces are extremely tight, with just a few centimeters of clearance from the pillars. The access ramp is spiral shaped, leaving drivers completely blind to oncoming vehicles. There is no staff coordinating the flow of cars in and out, and no signage indicating whether a car is coming down the ramp. On top of that, the parking organization is poor: small cars were occupying large spaces, while the smaller spots sat empty because larger cars couldn't fit.
Another disappointing point: there are no bathrobes in the rooms. When heading to the rooftop pool, we were surprised to be charged $5 for a bathrobe, something completely unacceptable at a 4 star hotel.
Bottom line: the location and the view save the experience, but the facilities and services need to improve to match the advertised category."
