"The location and the staff were the best part of our trip! Right on the beach with easy beach access and everyone was super friendly and helpful! The place was clean but the water had a bad sulphur smell. The microwave in the room was kind of broken. It worked but wouldn’t open easily. The breakfast buffet did not have bacon and only had pancakes 1 of the 2 days we were there. Pool was nice minus all the sand in it. Bring your own toilet paper unless you don’t mind hard, thin toilet paper. Only...

"My daughter and I had a girls weekend to go to the NCA competitions. The place itself was decent and clean. Although it is on the older side it was kept up. I know with the sea air it is hard to upkeep. The condo itself was ok. It was clean, decently decorated, and was stocked with necessities. My largest issue and struggle was the front door had one lock and it was a keyed lock, no way to dead bolt from the inside. Being it was just my daughter and myself I had no way of knowing who has a key...

"Infelizmente uma obra na piscina em pleno verao, absurdo e ainda para ir a praia tinha que sair do hotel e entrar pelo acesso ao lado pois o acesso normal do hotel era pela area da piscina. Reservei um hotel de frente para a praia para curtir e nao consegui. Devido a obra, a metade do estacionamento estava fechado e nao tinha vaga para todos. Nao merece ser chamado de Hyatt. Cafe da manha lotado e sem pessoas para manter limpo e organizado"

"Pool area was ok, tiki bar affordable, did not stay in our room went to Marriott to say it wasn’t clean is an understatement. Door off hinges, unsafe and awful if negative stars were an option I would choose those"

"Our balcony beach view room was great for the price. I had stayed at El Caribe for spring break in 1978! Our room was nicely updated; including refrigerator and microwave."
