I respect Your opinion but I would to clarify that the swimming pool is closed during the lunch break to clean it. The cleaning is one of our strengths we care particularly. It’s important to ensure our guests quality and our best service. Riviera del Sole is a Resort with the presence of an entertainment group, it’s written on Expedia. There are some activities during the day. The evening shows are not until 4 or 5 am, but more or less until an hour we think it’s normal, we think it’s a choice that can satisfy the needs of most of people. We don’t want bad surprises for our guests. We think it’s important to inform the people before. About the problems in Your apartment we have changed Your accommodation immediately, and give You the services You booked. We are sorry You don’t appreciate Your apartment. About the fire we want to clarify that during Your stay there have been some fires in Sicily but not in our village and around our resort.
