"The location was Great. It was in the middle of everything. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The rooms were very clean and well equipped. The barbecue area outside was a very nice feature. We will definitely stay there again."

"The property is amazing we arrived toured the location with Dale the owner spent the days at the pool and the night in the spa this is a one in a million location we saw big horn sheep-snakes-rabbits-road runners and very large lizards all from the lounge chairs at the pool over 3 days...."

"This place was absolutely amazing. My fiancé and I like to stay close to Palm springs and this was a perfect location. Very private with nice pool and hot tub. The view of the mountains were absolutely amazing. We got to see the sunrise and the sunset. The property manager/owner was a phone call away if we needed anything. Love this place and we are coming back soon!"

"The stay was incredible. Check-in was extremely easy, and straightforward. The rooms were very spacious and we loved the fact there were floaties available. I would defintely stay here again."

"The property has 2 homes on it and ideal for large groups. It is located right on an outcove of the lake and ideal for water activities because you do have your own dock and the lake levels are great! The house is nice and well kept. This location is beautiful and the views are incredible. "

"This property is so closed to downtown, but far enough to have quiet nights. We love it! Everything was clean and ready for us. In fact, my family arrived early and I contacted the owners of the property to ask if we could check in early. They allowed us to check in at 12 instead of 3. We spent the whole day at the pool! "

"Check in was super easy. The cabin was very clean, and well maintained. The driveway is a bit tricky to get in/out of but nothing horrible, just something to keep in mind for those who are not comfortable reversing into/out of a slightly steeper driveway. The host is responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. "

"This place was fantastic - the decor really added to the entire experience. We spent lots of time by the pool, cooked dinner on the BBQ and just relaxed. "

"We loved our first visit here at 704 Maltby!! It was perfect for our weekend. The kitchen was awesome, so much room. I loved the family room with the large dining table. The patio area is nice with a BBQ!! We’ll use next time!! The bedrooms were perfect and large!! Thank you Bearadise!! "
