"The hotel is new so nice. Growing pains for sure. Our friends room had ants. They gave them a can of ant spray and didn’t clean the room. We discovered you have to ask for housekeeping services. Nothjng in room indicted that. Not having a round the clock office open is challenging."

"I didn’t know where the front desk was when I went in. It looked like the check in for the restaurant. There was no one around. I walked around and finally found someone to ask where the front desk for the hotel was. I still had to wait for 2 people to come out. Then his computer didn’t work. The other person who seemed annoyed had to help me check in. She did ask if I had a preference, I asked for a low level room, minimal walking to out side.
