The villa consists of two independent units, ideal for vacations with family or friends while maintaining privacy.
Each unit can accommodate up to 6 people, for a total capacity of 12 guests.

Ideally situated between tranquility and convenience, this house will charm you with its authentic setting and outdoor space.

The Accommodation
Ground floor – 115 m²
A bright, air-conditioned space with 3 bedrooms, a bathroom (bathtub and shower), a separate toilet, and a fully equipped kitchen opening onto a spacious and friendly living area.
You'll also find a laundry area with a washer and dryer for your comfort.

Upper floor – 85 m²
A separate, equally comfortable and air-conditioned space with 3 bedrooms, a shower room with washing machine, separate toilet, a fully equipped independent kitchen, and a living room opening onto a small south-facing balcony.

Outdoor Spaces Designed for Relaxation and Togetherness
Enjoy a large, fully fenced 1400 m² plot designed for the whole family's pleasure.

At the back of the house, you'll find a lovely pool area with a rolling cover. The pool measures 8x4 meters and includes a shallow platform of 1.20m, ideal for young children. The pool is surrounded by terraces, sun loungers, and garden furniture – perfect for lounging in complete privacy.
A covered pool house includes a table and chairs, an outdoor kitchen (sink and fridge), and a brasero barbecue for your gourmet moments.
There’s also a technical room with an outdoor toilet.
A pétanque court invites you to enjoy convivial games.

At the front of the house, another terrace with table and chairs is adjacent to the ground-floor kitchen, offering a direct view of the children's play area with swings, a slide, and a small climbing wall – something for everyone to enjoy.

The villa is peaceful yet not isolated, with a nearby hill offering walking and hiking trails to the charming villages of Mornas and Uchaux.

Just 1 hour from the sea, Marseille, Montpellier, and Mont Ventoux, and close to picturesque Provençal villages – there's something for everyone.

Guest Access
Keys will be handed over in person upon arrival along with a tour of the property, or placed in a lockbox for late arrivals.

Tidy and clean the kitchen areas (stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and fridge)

Take out indoor and outdoor trash to the containers

Clean the brasero

Empty the ashtrays
