"Great apartment with a fantastic view overlooking the Pinnacle Point Golf Course 16th Green. All rooms are spacious with separate bath to modern standard. Don't get fooled by the picture of the pool it is minute and not big a enough to swim. All else is great. Just make sure the fingerprint process is done correctly or You'll have to check through the main entrance manually every time.... Christina, the property manager is very nice and helpful quickly addressing any issues or questions we had....

"the property is wonderful, with good facilities and the view of the sea is amazing. The property manager's response when asked about the wifi code was aggressive and unnecessarily unpleasant. She needs to know the travelling to South Africa from the UK can take over 24hrs, and sending a lengthy list of details needs to be sent earlier than the day we left! Fortunately, the staff at Pinnacle point reception are friendly."

They reached out before our stay to let us know how to get into the property, tell us about the areas, and shared some activities with us. Throughout our stay they were always available to help with any questions/concerns. Would definitely stay here again and again!"
