"Just wish it had been cooler upstairs. When we checked in door was closed and vents shut so it was at least 100 degrees upstairs. Finally got it ok by the time we checked out the next morning."

"Our daughters loved the bunk beds! We could walk to the restaurants, brewery, cute shops and park in downtown Sparta. It was also close to the Jubilee which was a fun old time dance hall. So lovely!"

"The home is absolutely stunning! Very spacious and beautifully decorated. The beds were super comfortable, too. There were so many little touches that made this home the perfect we can get away for a bride to be and her bride tribe to relax and unwind.Unfortunately, the weather was too cold and too windy for us to enjoy the fire pit area, but the theater room and gathering spaces were plenty large enough for our group of seven ladies."

"This mountain house was spotless. The four bedrooms and bathrooms were well appointed. We cooked several family meals while we were there. From the back deck we saw deer passing by along with fabulous sunsets. It was an easy drive to West Jefferson and to Blowing Rock as well as the parkway."

"Had some trouble getting in, but otherwise it was perfect! 3 master suites, great kitchen, large TV, wish we could have stayed longer and used more of the amenities! Thanks so much!!!"

"Great house! It was very clean, had well stocked cabinets, nice linens and comfortable beds. It was very peaceful and private. We enjoyed the community river access as well.. Host was very responsive and helpful. While there we rented a UTV from Unseen Pass for the day. That was neat experience as well... West Jeffereson is definitely somewhere we will visit again."
