KOBEY`S SKI LODGE & GOLF RETREAT - A vacation your family will never forget!

Enjoy a weekend or extended vacation at a one of a kind cabin with 4500 square foot of family fun with game room, pool table and our "tree Top Theater" that sleeps 28 in beds or up to 33 with the use of our overstuffed sofas in the downstairs great room and game room. This one of a kind cabin has 5 bedrooms The 6th is not actually a bedroom. Because we can sleep an additional 5 people in the game room and great room VRBO lists it as a 6th bedroom. KOBEY'S SKI LODGE & GOLF RETREAT is settled within the tall pines across the street from the Pinetop Lakes Golf Course 13th Fairway and includes every amenity you’ll ever need for the perfect vacation; Shared pool, hot tub, gym, tennis, pool tables and bunch of other wonderful extras at the rec center located only a 3 minute drive away. (After booking your vacation and prior to your arrival be sure to ask us for the rec center's "Rental Family Membership Application." This form is to be filled our by us and then sent to you to be presented at the rec center along with your signatures, proof of rental agreement & additional rec center fee to be paid at the rec center.

Prior to your arrival you will receive an email from Northern Arizona Cabin Rentals with specific instructions to make your vacation a success as well as our “FAMILY WELCOME LETTER” with lists of the places we recommend including our favorite local grocery stores, restaurants, places to picnic and fish, gas stations, ice cream and frozen yogurt, pubs, liquor stores, pizza, yoga, local hot spots and of course where to golf, hike, tour, horseback ride etc… And all of this is within minutes of the cabin! We have tried to think of everything we would want at our fingertips when we are on vacation. And if there is something you would like us to do to make your vacation extra special please let us know and we will do our best. Get ready for a fantastic vacation your family will never forget!

• Tree Top Theater Room sleeps 14 all in one super fun room with our custom built with kids in mind “Triple Stair-Step Theater Bed” (sleeps 6) and 2 Double Queen Bunks (sleeps 8) and a beautiful 360 degree tree top view of the forest
• Master Bedroom sleeps 4 with a King and a trundle (Upstairs)
• Guest Suites # 1 sleeps 4 people with 2 Queen Beds (Upstairs)
• Guest Suites # 2 sleeps 4 people with 2 Queen Beds (Upstairs)
• Guest Suite #3 sleeps 2 people in 1 Queen Bed (Downstairs)
• Great Room and Game Room sleeps 5 more kids on our super comfy sofas (Downstairs)

LARGE KITCHEN equipped with stainless steel appliances, granite counters, custom cabinets and all the amenities to cook a gourmet meal and 2 large gas BBQ’s on the back deck to feed a small army and allows for guests to mingle and space to entertain on the outdoor decks where kids and pets can play within the fenced private yard.

What used to be the garage has been converted to our climate controlled Super Fun Family Game Room with pool table, sofas, TV, and other fun games. It also has secure high speed wireless internet. And don’t forget about the kitchen of all cabin kitchens! Every room has a high def tv or Smart TV with internet (Net Flix), DVD, Premium Cable, & Wireless internet.

**4 HUGE ROOMS FOR EVERYONE TO GATHER:

#1 - The downstairs great room with a sea of comfy sofas, a huge high def flat screen tv, Large Hightop Knotty Wood Tables, huge gas fireplace operated by remote.

#2 - Watch movies with 14 of your favorite people in our tree top theater and then all fall asleep right there in your own theater bed, and another gas fireplace operated by remote

#3 - THIRD, play pool & other fun family games or relax on even more super comfy sofas while watching the game on our 3rd large screen tv in our 500 square foot Super Fun Family Game Room.

#4 - Another great gathering area is of course The kitchen of All Cabin Style Kitchens as it is not your typical cabin kitchen with room for multiple cooks and is fully equipped with a large coffee station with Keurig or Drip Coffee Makers (An Array of Keurig Pods, Maxwell House Coffee, Powder Creamer and Sugar included), stainless appliances including a convection oven, granite counters, large farm sink all within a whimsical McKenzie Childs decor & everything you`ll ever need for the perfect family meal including bar stools for 5 hungry people to eat right at the kitchen island.

Please note that we DO NOT have a minimum night requirement, but we do have a minimum rate requirement that depends on when and how many guests will be staying with us. The more people the higher the rate. In other words, just because this listing says this home sleeps 33 that does not mean the rate for 5 guests is the same as if you enter 33 guests. If you accidentally book a lower number of people than what is actually coming that`s okay. The rate is not an average number of guests, but rather the total number of guests coming. You can always pay the difference online later...

• WE ALLOW SAME DAY BOOKINGS! Even though VRBO does not permit same day bookings we do at Northern Arizona Cabin Rentals. So, when trying to book same day at KobeysSkiLodgeAndGolfRetreat you will notice that VRBO will not allow it ~ THAT`S OKAY! As long as you can see that all of the days you want are available then just book starting day 2 of your vacation and we will change the calendar manually by adding the previous day (TODAY), but please note that the rate for your actual check in day may still be owed even if you added an additional day to your stay as our nightly rates differ between days. Also, no refunds for cancellations as our calendars are linked with many online calendars which will cost us bookings

• When vacationing with your furry family member Arizona Cabin Rentals will need to know the age, breed, and weight of your dog(s) Please note we have a $100 minimum Pet Fee. When staying more than 4 nights there will be an additional $25/night fee per dog assessed online after booking . Please let us know if you are bringing your furry family member (dogs only). We do allow up to 3 house trained dogs. We need to know the breed, age and approximate weight of the dog.
