Have you been dreaming of cooler temperatures, crisp, clean air and evenings outside among the pines? Then Knotty Pine Retreat awaits your arrival.
With 2 bedrooms, 2 full baths, and all of your at home comforts within the walls of Knotty Pine Retreat, you can bring the whole family to the blue sky paradise. We have everything you need from fast WiFi to stocked up board games. Whether you are working or relaxing we have you covered. We have both A/C & heating units to keep you comfy!
The space

You will be nestled in the cozy comfort of mountain living while being steps away from the beautiful golf course and minutes from the quaint and delicious restaurants of Pinetop.
We are one of the few units with both A/C & heating units built into the living area and both bedrooms! You will be comfortable year round, weather it’s the peak of summer or the middle of winter, we’ve got you taken care of.
With 2 bedrooms, 2 full baths, and all of your at home comforts within the walls of Knotty Pine Retreat, you can bring the whole family to the blue sky paradise. We have everything you need from fast WiFi to stocked up board games. Whether you are working or relaxing we have you covered.
There is so much to do within walking distance of your doorstep. You can walk to the Pinetop Lakes CC 1st T or to one of the many trailheads for a gorgeous hike among nature. If you are feeling adventurous, you are a short drive from kayaking, fishing or horseback riding, Sunrise Ski Resort and of course all of the restaurants & shopping you desire.
We do allow pets with pre-approval. $50/pet up to 2.

Enjoyed 9 wonderful days in Pinetop, AZ. This condo is completely remodeled with very nice furniture. Clean, quiet and close to golf and restaurants. Perfect place to stay!

This was our 2nd stay at Knotty Pines and this time another couple joined us. The layout is perfect for two couples since both bedrooms are at opposite ends of the Condo and have an attached en-suite bathroom. Just as it was our first stay, the Condo was clean and well cared for. We had a couple of minor items missing upon arrival and the day before the end of our stay a water pipe in an adjacent Condo burst which meant the entire Complex was without water for about 9hrs. Chris & Claire were contacted over both of the above and responded immediately and proved to us how committed they are to providing guests the best experience they can. All in all, they are excellent hosts with a wonderful, cozy Condo that is a perfect retreat for a PineTop getaway.

This property has everything you need! We really appreciated the air conditioning as it was a very hot few days in the pines! Floor plan works perfectly with split bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. We loved our stay!

We were on a last minute mission to "Beat the Heat" when we were lucky enough to find this perfect getaway. Being the holiday week, there was a slight hiccup apon arrival. Which Claire & Chris remedied immediately. Well above and beyond our expectation. The property was perfect in every way. Better than the pictures. The kitchen had everything we needed and the beds were very comfortable. Enjoyed the mountain breezes through the screendoors and the walking paths around the safe grounds. Planning to came back in August for my birthday. Lisa

The property was described accuratly with no unexpected surprises. My wife really liked the little extra household amenities that you dont normally think to bring while on a trip, like aluminum foil and a few extra towels. I would stay here again!

Very nice, clean and cozy condo in the Pines! Location is great. Close to golf course, trail heads and restaurants. Check-in was easy and excellent communication with the host. Highly recommend.

This condo is exceptionally clean and comfortable. Everything you need is provided & more. Note there is no yard, patio or balcony, so if you desire some outside space this isn't it. But it's right across from The Gathering Place and near the golf course, and once inside there is plenty of room to spread out & relax. Good communication & care.
