Nestled quietly among towering pines, this charming 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom, 600 sq. ft. log cabin offers the perfect blend of peaceful nature and modern comfort. Youā€™ll feel completely immersed in the great outdoors, yet all the conveniences you need are just minutes away!

Relax on the large covered deck with a cup of coffee or an evening drink and keep your eyes open for local wildlife ā€” Elk, Deer, and even the occasional Bear may wander nearby. Inside, gather around the beautiful fireplace to enjoy cozy conversations and quality time. Thereā€™s no Wi-Fi here, so channel your inner 1997 and embrace the art of unplugged connection!

The Location:
Set on a full acre of wooded property within a quiet, friendly cabin community, youā€™ll enjoy the serenity. Just a short drive brings you to local favorites like Charlie Clarkā€™s Steakhouse and Eddieā€™s Country Grocery. Everything you need is within a 5-mile radius ā€” from drinks at The Den or The Lodge, to wine tasting at Wine Mountain, plus delicious dining at Red Devil, The Pasta House, Zekeā€™s, Munich Haus, and many more. Woodland Lake Park is also nearby, perfect for a scenic walk or picnic.

Guest Access & Details:
Youā€™ll have full access to the cabin and the entire surrounding property. The cabin is fully automated for your privacy and convenience; weā€™ll only be in touch if needed. The neighborhood is quiet and beautiful, with paved, maintained roads leading up to your private dirt driveway.

Winter Guests:
During colder months, pellets for the pellet heater will be needed. These can be picked up at nearby Ace Hardware. Alternatively, the quieter gas heater is available for your comfort.

Not what we were expectingā€¦the way it was listed we thought would be more secluded on the 1 acre. Not as clean as we would have liked spiderwebs dusty oven was dirty not much room to sit on the potty dog barking non stop every morning. Would not rent again.

Great getaway!

My best friend and I stayed at this property and loved it! It was quiet and exactly what we needed to unwind. There are restaurants, shops, and things to do nearby, which was nice, though not what we focused on. There is no wifi and we knew that going into our weekend. We connected the blu-ray player to my phone Hotspot and watched a movie on Amazon prime one night. Worked GREAT! The couch is super comfortable to relax on. The beds were extremely comfortable and we loved the throw blankets ready for use. It was 24Ā° in the morning and all that was missing was snow. Too bad the owners can't control the weather šŸ˜‰ We arrived at night and I really recommend reading how to get to the house before you leave if you plan to arrive after dark. We were lost for 10 minutes before re-reading the instructions twice and figuring it out. We had a good laugh at ourselves over that one.

The cabin in general was cute, the bed was comfortable and the front porch was nice, however the ad mentioned 1 acre and private and it was not private. The fireplace was not as pictured and used some kind of pellets which might have been ok but there was a room heater attached to the wall right next to it, which the pictures didn't show and it took away from the fireplace. If you are much larger than a 5'3", petite person like me, the toilet is an issue. My 6' fiancƩ had a terrible time "sitting" on it. His leg had to go into the shower, luckily he's not a heavy man or he definitely wouldn't have fit. The shower curtain looked like it hadn't been washed in a very long time and used soap was left from the previous guest. We didn't even touch the microwave that was oddly located on top of the refrigerator because of the nasty dried up food or whatever all over the front of it. I went to make coffee and grabbed a mug which was on the shelf with other "clean"(?) dishes and it had coffee/tea streaks running down the side..needless to say we washed everything prior to using after seeing that. We felt like the ad was misleading and because of the dirty items we would not consider a returned visit to this cabin.

Cosy is a great description

I'm 6'5" tall, close to 300 lb. This cabin was a little too cozy (small) for me. The large bed takes up the entire room. The configuration of the bathroom is less than desirable for someone my size. It was great for a couple nights and was pet friendly, so it suited our needs for that short of a time.

We came to the cozy cub cabin for a long weekend getaway and to ski at sunrise. We love the location there is great privacy and a peaceful environment. We stayed there two years ago and weā€™re excited it was available to go back to.

Cozy cabin

We loved our stay at the cozy cub cabin for our anniversary! Itā€™s perfect for a couple and has a great front porch where we spent most of our day. They have a baby gate you can prop up for the entry to the porch which worked great for our dog. The front door also has a screen door which was nice to get a great breeze throughout. We watched movies at night and cooked dinner in the kitchen. The kitchen was well stocked. As people mentioned in other reviews, the bathroom and bedroom are small, but we are small people and didnā€™t have a problem. The screens were in tact in all the rooms so we were able to open all the windows. The washer and dryer were a nice bonus. The neighborhood has lots of streets which made for a nice long walk in the afternoon. We would definitely rent this again- mainly because of the front porch. There is a house in front of the cabin but you have some privacy with a row of trees- I didnā€™t see that as a problem as someone else mentioned. I liked being set back from the road.
