The townhome style Villa means you occupy the ground floor and upstairs floor, there is no one else living above or below you. It features a primary suite upstairs with a king size bed, luxury bedding, a large flat screen TV, wood burning fireplace and en suite full bathroom. The second bedroom downstairs offers 2 twin size beds, large flat screen TV with a guest full bathroom across the hall. The lazy boy sofa in the living room can be folded out into a bed for additional sleeping (up to 6 total in the Villa). The living area on the ground floor is accented by dramatic vaulted ceiling with vertical panoramic windows. Quality furnishings include a sofa, two reclining chairs, coffee table, end tables and entertainment stand with a large flat screen TV. The wood burning fireplace in the living room adds the final touch to the cozy atmosphere. Our kitchens are fully equipped with all full-size appliances including refrigerator (with ice maker), stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher and air fryer. There are three kinds of coffee makers, Mr. Coffee 10 cup, K cup and Espresso maker. There's plenty of counter space that allows for cooking or entertaining. Complete dining sets, plates, bowls, silverware, glasses and coffee mugs, cooking and serving dishes and utensils are present for guest use. There is a uniquely decorated adjoining dining room.
A private attached garage with entrance into the villa is yours to keep your vehicle and other belongings safe from the elements all year long. Extra wood for the fireplace is available for purchase in the garage, eliminating the need for shopping around town. A separate front entrance to the Ville offers choices when leaving or entering your villa. Outback you have a private patio furnished with table and chairs and your own propane BBQ. For those warm summer nights under the stars.
