Chalés em Pinetop, AZ

"We had a fantastic experience staying here. The lady who checked us in at the front desk was very friendly and welcoming. Every staff member we interacted with was exceptional and we'd definitely stay here again. Oh, and the cookies they offered at check-in were so delicious! Thank you!"

"The loose, stained, patched carpet was a hazard. The location is good and the staff are nice, but the facility needs a tune up."

"The staff is friendly and efficient, the cabin was clean quiet and well appointed and the surroundings are beautiful. My only regret is that I didn't book a longer stay."

"Good"

"My two complaints are, when we got there at 4 pm we wanted to relax and it was hot outside. When we went into the airstream it was super hot. No A/c or vents open it was way too hot to even go inside. It took awhile to cool down. The second is when I went to take a shower I had it on hot water at least 3-5 minutes and no hot or warm water came out. Had to take a cold shower. But other than that, the host was great and helpful, the airstream was very nice and the property was nice! ...

"Everything was great."

"Very easy entry & check out. Comfortable and clean as well. Very nice amenities."

"I can't say enough good things about our last minute stay at this darling location."

"Don't expect much, this place has no seating because it has bunk beds on the side where seating could be. Toilet wasn't clean but nice size bathroom. Bed was OK, but if your a large person this is not for you."

"This place is a great value for how many it can accommodate. One room sleeps about 10. The kitchen is small and isn’t well equipped. We couldn’t get the kitchen lights to turn on, only the dining table light so it was a pain. However, we were allowed to use the large backyard with playground, fire pit and picnic tables so it was great! Very helpful and easy communicate with. We had a great trip!"

"Very nice home...had everything you need. Perfect location. Quiet neighborhood. Steps down to home were a bit of a challenge for an older couple unloading and loading the car. A fenced in area for the dog would have been helpful too. Other than that the house was ideal."

"The cabin was just as described. Very comfortable with all the amenities one could wish for."
