"The staff were friendly and very helpful. The accommodation was exactly as in the description and pictures. There was a wide range of options for breakfast, from fresh fruit through to a hot meal. We went for a swim and found the pool water slightly on the cool side but apart from that our stay was excellent. "

"Booked and paid for 2 nights. After the first night I got a phone call asking if we were checking out. Replied that we were staying 2 nights and she said they didn't have us in the system for 2. Asked me to find my email with confirmation, then she found our reservation. No apology, no explanation. The beds were hard as rock, the walls are paper thin and rooms are noisy. Breakfast buffet was empty and the hashbrown potatoes that were there were unedible. Disappointing overall."

"For the price, it was decent. Room was clean, except the bathroom hand towels and face cloths were dirty. We ended up using used the shower towels for everything instead. Parking was convenient. Quiet area. Checking in and out went seamlessly."

"From the moment we arrived we were treated so well. Staff was friendly. The room was very clean and quiet. And we got free pool at the Pub & Grill and 20% off food. We had a fantastic stay and we'd stay there againg. "

"Very limited breakfast, literally nothing I could eat as it was all grain based, or sugar. Room was decently clean, but the commonly touched areas (doorknobs, remotes, handles, etc) were either sticky or had visible soil build up that should have been cleaned. The door and wall to the bathroom looked like someone had been tapping a knife or something similar to it repeatedly, leaving a lot of small marks. The front lobby had a roof leak and bins set out to catch the drips. Staff were...
