"Everything was fine except the fire alarm going off at 7:30am and most of the breakfast items were very old and some fruit rotten. Breakfast wasn’t a pleasant experience at all. I recommend eating elsewhere if you stay at this hotel."

"Checking into this hotel, I had to walk my children through a bar of people drinking and staff using inappropriate language communicating with what seemed to be locals that drink there everyday. Checking into our rooms the floor was dirty and the smell in both rooms was off putting. The blankets were not covered and when removing the sheets on top of the blankets there was urine stains all over the blankets and mattresses. My son and daughter both had hair on their sheets and...

"Both quick check out and Receptionist at the Front desk available in the early morning, not making it rather inconvenient. Not digital security “key” to the guest room, low quality physical lock was used, so someone could have made a copy of the key to enter the guest room. Kitchen utensils are limited, table and chairs are not in good quality. Faucet of the bathtub was leaking. Bathroom was not cleaned properly. We didn’t use A/C, but noticed that A/C tubing was poorly installed."

The only couple things were the over powering deodoriser smell walking through the corridors to and from our room, was very strong that we could almost taste it. "Quarto de hotel bom, uma das camas não estava feita, mas ao falarmos com a recepção, o atendente foi bem solícito e ajudou a montar o sofá cama. Bem limpo, porém não limpavam muito bem as superfícies da mesa, e também não colocavam o café. Mas em geral, foi uma boa estadia. Preço bem caro, no entanto."

"Similar to Wentworth hotel a bit to the east along A44, dated and worn rooms with dated shared facilities. Location quite good for dining options and Sydney Olympic Village which is why it gets a 3 and not a 2. Hotel had a bar and restaurant. Bar noise wasn’t a problem at night. Cleanliness okay but not great."
