My only suggestion would be that having to wash the towels would have added an extra hour delay to our departure time. Robert was kind enough to let us leave before the wash was done. I think the laundry is something best done by the host. I had a 5 star casita in Taos, and I would never have asked my guests to do the laundry! We loved the place however, and have booked it twice again. ...

"This is the perfect place for an extended family stay. The kids all stayed in “kids island”- the large kid room with a bunch of bunk beds and they had a blast. This home offers a perfect balance of togetherness, but also the ability to separate for any alone time. We had a great time. Our only complaints were that the air conditioning stopped working a couple times and the downstairs restroom had a bit of a sewage smell."
