It was a peaceful stay
We stayed during the off season. It was nice and peaceful. We were able to witness wild turkey and mule deer around the property. It was a nice getaway. We were able to communicate with our host if we had any questions without a lot of delay. We left early due to weather conditions but we wish we could have had our full stay.

Quiet Place
The Cabin was great and the grounds were green and comfortable. I highly recommend this cabin if you want a nice, quiet get-away.

Wonderful Place!
My family had an amazing time here. Cabin was clean, as described. At the end of a quiet street, so the only noise was the birds (and rare 4-wheeler driving up the road). We saw many deer and a couple of wild turkeys. Great yard for the kids and us to play in. Great location for quiet time, relaxation, and time with family. Would stay here again for sure.

Wild Turkeys!
We spent time on all 3 decks and watched the giant storm clouds, rain, snow, hail and wild turkeys. The dog loved exploring the huge green backyard and we loved the views from every window. Definitely a place to consider for relaxing close to nature.

Great cabin, well furnished (but no washer/dryer). Awesome property, about an acre but with no one above you can just step over the fence and keep going. Great for walking a dog. Biggest drawback is distance from St George (about 40 minute drive) and the last bit of the road to the cabin is steep and unpaved with poor drainage. Would be terrible in soggy weather. Overall awesome alternative to the concrete jungle.

Excellent view
I stayed here with the whole family for a family get away and went fishing for one day. The property has everything we needed for our stay. We really enjoyed the excellent view of the mountain and we were able to see deers around the property and turkeys too. We will ddfinitely recommend this property.

Beautiful Property
The cabin was just as pictured. The property surrounding the cabin was just beautiful! The best part was watching all the deer, wild turkeys, rabbits, and lizards! We enjoyed sitting on the front and back decks. So peaceful! It was a nice escape from the desert! We enjoyed every moment!

Relaxing with family

Beautiful short getaway from the heat of St. George
Great location on top of mountain overlooking the beautiful meadows of Pine Valley. The cabin has lush green grass on a large lot. The hosts have a very well equipped kitchen and amenities. Love this cabin and will definitely be back soon.

Wish We Were Still There!
The hosts anticipated their guests needs with detail and appropriate instructions - even labeled switches. Lorrie’s instruction were so well written and inclusive, we did not need to bother her. The property grounds were excellent - places to sit outside and enjoy on every side. True to the description, there are wild turkeys, deer(we were visited by a doe and two fawns), rabbits, lizards, etc. The adult size swings were fun!! The proximity to the Reservoir was good and the drive there was scenic. We got to enjoy one afternoon rain shower. I am a mountain girl and after moving to Las Vegas 21 years ago, this felt like “coming home”. We loved it and hope to be there again. Thank you, thank you, thank you.

Good little place
Positives: The views were great! It was nice to have AC and Internet. Everything was clean. The shower was nice and hot with good pressure. The beads were soft enough, but moving around in the night would sometimes wake us up. Cons; The stairs are very noisy. They had a mouse in the kitchen while we were there. They said they will be getting some traps for it. The upstairs is at least 10 degrees hotter than the main floor so at times it was difficult to sleep. All in all it was good enough, especially with modern conveniences not found when camping, but we are not likely to return. Thanks for letting us stay!

Cozy cabin in the trees
We had a wonderful time at this beautiful property! This well-maintained cozy cabin is perfectly placed in the midst of a beautifully developed mountainside lot complete with open stretches of bluegrass, a solid swing set, and great deck and patio with nice outdoor dining furniture.

Cozy Cabin
The cabin was homey, roomy and convenient! It had everything we needed to be comfortable! The cows grazing in the grass, the wild turkeys and the deer was a nice addition! It's close to Pine Valley Recreation area which had a lot of nice hiking trails! The riverwalk hike was awesome! Lots of wildlife! Would definitely recommend it to friends and family and would love to stay there again!

Mountain view
The home is well appointed and has very nice views of Pine Valley. Though we didn't need them, there were a lot of condiments that we were invited to use. We did use some Keureg coffees. There is no landline, but Verizon cellular works. There is good WiFi. The owner is very responsive to questions and even drove from home 40 minutes away to show us how the tv system works.

Husband had to sleep on the couch downstairs for nightly bathroom trips to avoid using steep stairway. I suggest exchanging for a convertible couch downstairs.

Beautiful location and view!
Staying in this property was nothing short of amazing. Although the cabin is older (I believe it was built in the 70’s), the location is amazing and the cabin is very well taken care of. The owners thought of every little detail and we didn’t want for a thing. Everything was well organized and labeled which made the stay very convenient. We will definitely be staying in this cabin again!

Great stay!
We loved staying in Pine Valley. The cabin was cozy and perfect for our family. We contacted the host with some questions and received immediate answers. The kids spent hours outside and hiked the Dixie forest. Deer wandered everywhere and the town was so friendly. It was close enough to St George to spend a day or two there, but also retreat to the mountains where we could have secluded time together. Love that the property was at the end of a culdesac and backed up to the mtn. VERY private and quiet! We would stay again!

Wonderful respite from the heat wave
Beautiful property with daily visits from Wild Turkeys and deer. Also cows munching on the lawns :-) Comfortable cabin had all the supplies we needed to prepare the meals we brought. Close to hiking trails and Forest Service roads to explore in our Jeep.

Awesome Place to stay for relaxation
I'd have to say our favorite part was the large deck. It overlooked the whole valley. You can grill, eat at the table, or just hang out around the fire ring roasting Marshmallows while mingling with family/friends enjoying that awesome view. This place is a great place to come to with family or a romantic getaway. Either way, get ready for some serious relaxation.

Cozy cabin in Pine Valley
Great property and cool location. Loved the property very beautiful. Cabin so cozy and relaxing. It had the necessities but must bring your own food and drink, not a store in town. Enjoyed our stay very much and definitely a plus that it was dog friendly as we brought out golden retriever and he had fun too.

Quaint Stay in Utah!
This place was the perfect little cottage for the two of us. The porch view was fantastic both during the day and in the evenings. The owners were extremely kind, accommodating, and made sure to contact us with details the day before our trip. Two thumbs up!

Quick get away
We had the best time. When we arrived we were greeted by wild turkeys, then later in the day deer and lizard. The next day more turkey, deer, cows, a bunny and lizard. So comfortable and well maintained. We had trouble with the TV, never did get to watch it but, we had other things to occupy our time there. Cannot wait for our next trip!!!

Weekend getaway!
Another awesome weekend in Pine Valley! Loved staying at Goggins Glend! This is our second time this summer. Just bring your food and a your clothes, you'll find everything else there. The cabin is set up nicely. Love the nice views, the visitors (wild turkeys, rabbits, deers and cows!) Plenty of space to have the kids and dogs run. Thanks for letting us stay in your property, can't wait to come back!

If, you are looking for a quite get away, this place is for you. Loved all the outdoor spaces. A deck on the front with view of the valley, patio off the back is a great place for breakfast and for enjoying the wildlife.. Lots of turkeys and deer. Would definately rent this cabin again.

All in all very nice property with exceptional yard. However, there were a few minor details that needed attending too; including upstairs screen door didn't fit properly, doors were hard to close, and several areas that were not cleaned.

Awesome days in Pine Valley.
We LOVED our stay in this cabin. Everything was perfect! Great views of the Valley. Lots of wildlife visitors. Short drive to the reservoir and campgrounds. This place is extremely clean, Laurie does an exceptional job, we were able to keep our dog with us. The view from the cabin is amazing and the town is really quiet. Not to far from st George or sand hollow state park. It was the perfect getaway.

LOVED IT!
The cabin is charming, well appointed, and the grounds are beautiful! The views are amazing... I especially liked having my morning coffee viewing deer, wild turkeys, and an assortment of other animals! Just LOVED it!
