The host was prompt in answering our questions The only suggestion would be is the location of the cabin. As soon as you turn onto Joy Ranch Rd., it's the 1st lot to the right on the corner. "

"Loved it so much we even extended our stay! The Cozy Doe lives up to its name. Would definitely stay here again. "My sister and I were delighted to revisit one of our favorite mountain cabins. We love the convenient access, proximity to quaint mountain towns, and especially the beautiful private park with flowing creek. We always make time for the noontime music at the Bluegrass Music Museum and can't resist a trip to Nancy's Candies. This time we added a picnic at Groundhog Mt. So relaxing. Hopefully we can return next year."

"Totally loved this place! It gave us the get away we needed. Plenty of places to sit outside and enjoy the beauty…whether it was in the front porch swing, in a chair on the back deck, in the hammock, or by the fire pit. Gorgeous view of the sunrise. This bungalow was very clean and inviting. Loved being able to take our dog with us. Appliances were all working and pots and pans available for cooking. We had a wonderful stay!"

"Traveling across the country and after a stop in Mt Airy we usually stay in a hotel there. This house was sooooo much better and worth the extra few minutes drive. The house looks like it’s been completely renovated, on a quiet street of small farms, we had cows and all kinds of birds in the fields behind the house. "This cabin is set in a private remote area with 3 other cabins. Construction is beautiful and layout easy for handicapped people. The owner encouraged us to invite family over as the owners provide a firepit and wood. Very clean and quiet. I highly recommend Riversong cabins to everyone needing a little respite from the world. Remote but close enough to stores and restaurants if needed. I cannot say enough positive things about our experience. Will definitely stay here again."
