Pine Ridge Manor-Private Hot Tub, beautiful Hilltop with views

Come spend time with your family in the beauty of nature. Get lost from the distractions and stress of life; this manor has no TV.. Relax in the private hot tub or grill and eat on the patio with views of the surrounding mountains and up the valley. Play games in the rec room or enjoy family time together in the large lawns in front and back of the house or around the fire pit. Enjoy the wonderful views out the living room bay window. There are numerous recreational opportunities in the surrounding areas and the town of Franklin has good dining and some shopping.

The space
The main living area is divided into a living room and game room with a pool table, board and card games and books.
The kitchen is fully equipped including a dishwasher, toaster, coffee pot and Keurig with K-cups. The dining room is adjacent with a large table to gather around.
The bathrooms have fresh bath linens and a hot shower. TP, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner and lotion are provided. Need more space? A third bedroom that sleeps 3 is available upon request for an additional fee.
Get lost from the distractions of technology and the stress of life; this manor has no TV. There is no cell phone service, but you can get T-Mobile and AT&T service in Franklin, WV and a land line phone with local calling is provided.
There is a central air system to keep you comfy year 'round with two thermostats for customized comfort. There is an iron and ironing board in the master closet and a washer and dryer in the basement.
Wishing for a taste of camping? Outside, we provide a patio table and chairs, gas grill, fire pit and wood to fix a meal or to kick back by the fire.
