"The rooms were clean and good . But the rooms are not getting cleaned after we checked in . We checked in for three nights and they were not ready to clean the rooms until we checked out . They said the cleaners were not available on holidays etc . But it was a little disappointing as we requested couple of times but nothing happened "

"While the room was tidy, it was unfortunately very hot and had a noticeable odour. The front desk staff member was helpful and arranged a room change, which offered some improvement, however the room was still quite warm and the security lock was missing. Although I had two nights booked, I checked out after around 30 minutes. Unfortunately, I was unable to receive a refund for the unused nights."

"Gostei bastante da estadia no hotel....realmente, aprecio muito ficar em hotéis que são na verdade apartamentos completos. Ponto alto do hotel foi o atendimento no check in e check out...super rápido e simpático. A arrumação do quarto é apenas ok...poderia ser melhor. Um ponto alto é que o estacionamento é excelente e é gratuito. O hotel fica bem localizado com opções de restaurantes e lojas nas proximidades. E também gostei muito de ter lavadora e secadora de roupas no quarto...o que,...

"Really great size room. Unfortunately it had been cleaned with a lot of bleach and the smell was overwhelming. Asked to change rooms but alternative was in a noisier part of hotel. The smell reduced the confort of the stay, the room and bathroom were however very clean which was a positive. Dinner in the restaurant was excellent, good sized, quality meals that were tasty and good value. Especiallly appreciated kids menu for our 11yr old. Staff were friendly and helpful at all times and the hotel...

"Very clean, spacious and comfortable apartment with plenty of parking right near building. AC was cold, full size fridge, and stocked kitchen was great. Within easy walking distance to restaurants/shops and parliament. Neighborhood was quiet and safe. We enjoyed our stay, highly recommended!"
