"Firstly, want to state the staff is always warm, friendly & accommodating. The room was clean and comfortable, but had a “foot” smell, (have noticed this on prior stays)-a deep clean of the carpets may be in order. We used a side door for convenience and just outside of it the pavement has a large, uneven gap that’s a considerable safety issue. Hopefully that can be repaired before anyone is more seriously injured. While these are maintenance issues that are easily addressed, I’d like to...

"Nice spot in a great location"

"Didn’t like nothing about it!!! Had to move rooms in middle of night cuz the children of the place kept slamming the outside doors open and closed!!! Moved room then my 2 yr old had found two different types of pills in her pull out bed!!! Had to keep asking for towels and other room services to be done!!!"

"The staff were excellent! The breakfast was hot and delicious I can’t believe how good the biscuits and gravy was! The pool area was also wonderful I could not get my 5 year old son out of it! We will be staying here for every future visit!"

"Beautiful Hotel! We had a suite and it was so comfortable. Only complaint is shower very small but it had a huge jet tub. Overall very happy with everything. Restaurants in walking distance plus their on-site restaurant Char. We dined at Ciao which was around tge corner and highly recommend it."
