"We were very happy with our accommodations there ub Fayetteville. Everything went smoothly and the house was very clean. CoULD Have used a few more eating utensils but otherswise everything was fine."

"From initial request to book, check-in-, stay and check-out it was a breeze. Excellent communication. Beautiful home, pride of ownership shines throughout, tastefully and artfully decorated. Exceptionally clean! Very comfortable beds with upscale bedding and linens. Quiet neighborhood , great backyard. Close to town but feels a world away. "

"This was a family trip. Had trouble with the code for the door, but a quick message fixed that. House was perfect for the 15 of us. Kitchen is well stocked, plenty of dishes & silverware for our large group. Beds were comfy. A/C kept up, even with heat advisory! Awesome coffee shop next door! Great place to stay!"

"The location was convenient, place was clean, and it made our Christmas trip that much better. "

"We stayed for one night on our way to somewhere else. The house was close to I95, clean and the neighborhood was quiet and safe. The host sent the checkin instructions in advance and we had not issues getting into the house with the provided code. There was a coffee maker with coffee pods and snacks. The only thing I would suggest is adding a bit more cutlery (we found 3 forks and 3 spoons) and a couple more stainless steel pots (there was just a small one)."

"Check in was super easy. Kitchen was decently stocked with utensils, pots, pans, choice of plastic or glassware. We brought and bought all our food. Didn’t think about storage for leftovers or wraps, press n seal, tin foil. A light over the sink would be a great feature. "

"Percy, our host, was just awesome. His communications with us were great from very beginning to just before arrival with check-in instructions. He even allowed a change in arrival date from original reservation.The property was excellent and clean and it accommodated my family's needs perfectly. It gave us a comfortable place to relax and we all slept well both nights after the events surrounding my Mother's 100 birthday. Highly Recommended!"

"We had an amazing stay here. The house is large and built over several levels (be advised that all bedrooms and bathrooms have stairs). There are two spacious living areas and a nice, large dining table. We are a family of 6 and were in town to visit family. The house was fantastic for us to host game time with our family.The kids’ room is nicely appointed- our daughters loved playing “school” with the chalkboard.The host is excellent- communication is quick! "Very peaceful "

"The property was great 5/5. I really enjoyed grilling for 90% of our stay. The only thing I will say is the hot tub is not an outdoor hot tub but a hot tub in the bathroom. Great property, great location, great price. My family enjoyed the home and my boys enjoyed playing Uno Flip and the piano! Will DEFINITELY stay here again when I come to Fayetteville!"
