"We weren’t made aware this was a work in progress. We arrived around 9 PM and were welcomed by a disheveled patio area with trash and cigarette butts. A large pile of unfinished wood trim greeted us in the entryway. The house was 83 degrees, so we cut on the mini-split downstairs and the window units in two of the bedrooms. "My husband and I stayed with our 2 boys for a long weekend to attend the Penn State White Out game and see the town. It was a wonderful option for us as hotel room prices in State College were well over $700/night. The house was exactly an hour to the stadium as advertised and it was not a stressful drive at all.
