"The entire motel is finally renovated and looks nice. The room was comfortable and quiet. The bathroom needs updating but otherwise OK. The PM staff was very friendly, not so much the AM staff. The breakfast is OK. Overall I was satisfied and would stay here again."

"This was a great place to relax and be with my family. I have a daughter who has a camper at Sherwood Forest camp site and there is not enough room for all of us. We were able to be close to them and have get togethers at their place and our rental for cards and games and food"

"Had a great time with the kids at this VRBO. Encountered a few minor hiccups in our trip that were immediately handled by Mike and his team. Had a lot of fun hanging around the cabin, having fires near the beach, and even kayak fishing nearby. Conveniently located near a grocery store and casino while still feeling the outdoors / lake life. Fun getaway with just the basics that made for a nice, short family vacation."

"The property was in great condition, the wrap around porch was wonderful, and the view was very pretty. The loft area was a fantastic spot for all of us to gather and hang out. We loved having the charging stations, the thoughtful touches in the bathroom and a well stocked kitchen. We would definitely book again. Thank you for a memorable stay!"

"We had a lovely time for Memorial weekend. The fish were biting and the beds were comfortable. Our friends across the canal (own cabin) came for dinner and lunch, plenty of room for everyone! We mastered puzzles and enjoyed our stay. Thank you for sharing your cozy cabin with us!"

"Loved our stay here! My friends and I were looking for an escape from busy-ness and this was it! Property was very clean. Kitchen was almost better appointed than my own home kitchen! Loved hot-tubbing and sitting by the shore. Nearby restaurant/bar was a convenient and a fun glimpse into local life for us out-of-staters. Mike made himself readily available to address any issues, but was not overbearing. 10/10!"
