"A great place to stay."

"Great staff, great location, very clean. If you are doing a short stay (1-2 nights) it’s good. However I wouldn’t want to stay for a long time (longer than a night or two) the bed wasn’t comfortable at all and they don’t have black our shades so if you have trouble sleeping with light coming in you’ll have a hard time here. Good for a short stay, not ideal for a week or more."

"Jacky and Bob run a really nice boutique hotel. Everything was excellent from the room to the pool, to the beach bikes they have on the property. Beach is right across the street from the boutique hotel. We’ll definitely come back every single time to Oceana by the sea."

"They need to replace the bed every move you make the bed frame makes noice not a pleasant experience."

"Stayed here multiple times. Parking was great Location was convenient Pool is very nice Price was reasonable Room cleaniness was ok. Room was very dated. Carpet needs to be replaced, has some bad stains i threw a towel on the bad spots. Shower had no water pressure. Checking in, night guy not very friendly at all. I walked into the room it was 93 degrees in the room.....I had to turn the AC on and wait to cool it down before moving in. I'm right in the middle.....I've stayed in better rooms...

"Room is a little outdated. Staff is nice and helpful. There is no eatery inside the hotel building. The nearby restaurant is within the walking distance, but it is the only choice."

"Found the room had a terrible smell, reception claimed it was the cleaning products. Smelled as bad the next day as it did when we arrived. Open Windows did not help at all"

"Not happy that a King room was reserved on Expedia but were given a 2 queen bed room, but were not told. After we got to the room we made desk aware we wanted a King. Were told nothing available. That was that. It was too late in the day to go somewhere else. This was definitely not the end of the world, but the hotel made absolutely no gesture of any kind the make up for the situation. It was basically like that's that sorry. So sorry Clarion. That's that with this review."
