"The front desk staff was very nice and friendly. No one came to straighten up our room and get more towels on our second day. The sheets and pillows were stained and so was one of the towels. The shower was yellow and looked very unclean. Toilet is tiny and so low to the ground. The fridge was nice to have. There was also a Kleenex wedged into the peep hole of the door. No idea how long it’s been there but we didn’t want to touch it. If the room was half the price we paid then it wouldn’t be so...

"Quarto muito grande com uma limpeza impecável. Ideal para casal e família. Em tempo de inverno (neve), fazer alguma atividade externa ( restaurante, passeio, ..)a localização atrapalha, pois não dará para ir a pé ao centro ( Universidade do Michigan) ou ao shopping, será necessário tem carro."

"The front desk person was probably the most friendly clerk I have met in many years. Air conditioner worked fine. There was no breakfast of which I was aware. Bed was comfortable. Decor was nice, but the carpet should probably be replaced, since it was very worn. I would stay there again."

"Hotel necessita de reformas. Banheira com vazamento, exaustor do banheiro barulhento demais. Embora tenha feito pre check-in o atendente não achava a minha reserva. Quarto sem privacidade nenhuma, janelas dão para a circulação interna do hotel. "
