"I liked the renovation of the property, it’s definitely much better than before. However, I was disappointed with the customer service from one of the ladies working in the lobby. She was abrupt and rude when we asked for additional towels and assistance. I also preferred the old happy hour prior to the renovation. They used to serve wine, cheese, and crackers, which felt much more welcoming. Now they only offer beer and a very basic appetizer, plus they limit the number of drinks you can have....

"We started with a super friendly and helpful check in with Karen. The property is impeccable. They have alot of staff on duty and they are super friendly, professional, helpful and kind. The rooms and property are clean, lots of attention to detail. The weather unfortunately was bad so we weren’t able to take advantage of the pool and the beach directly accross the street until our last day. "The hotel was one of the nicer ones on the strip. The room was nice and breakfast was very good. No complaints as such. The one big disappointment for me was the listing gives the impression that the hotel backs onto the beach. First, it doesn’t. I asked the front desk and they said you have to go around the property. The backside has residences and they have the access. Second, property backs into a bay where you can not swim. The actual beach is across the street and about a 5 minute walk -...

"This was the best place I stayed. However, it was not at the Inn for which I paid. When I arrived, no one was in the office, but I ran into some guys renovating the property. The called the boss for me, and he put me at a much nicer property at Staybridge Suites, 34521 Old Postal Lane, Lewes. That was the nicest place Instayed on this vacations so far and the breakfast was the best. The WiFi was flawless."
