Couldn’t ask for a more quiet and beautiful nature spot. The water is fairly secluded and in our 4 nights, we only actually saw 2 people on the water. It’s absolutely stunning here. "Excellent place to stay and relax! The lodging was everything you need and then some. Great location away from everything buy close enough to what you might need. The horse farm atmosphere was beautiful. The host was wonderful and provided everything needed to have a perfect stay."

"I was SO HAPPY to find this diamond in the rough!! We have never been in the Denton area and my Grandaughter had a dance convention at the Embassy Suites. This home was about 7 minutes away and a straight shot down Panhandle. (The street). The home was beautiful, clean (huge plus), spacious bedrooms, quite cozy. It was easy access to all of our needs. "Sat out in front of rental for an hour and forty-five minutes waiting to get in. Blue couches are beautiful but utterly devoid of padding: You feel every piece of wood used to build it. Towels were as thin as Kleenex (except there were no Kleenex anywhere). Nothing but overhead lighting in the living room, so it is either pitch dark or you are performing surgery. Otherwise, the duplex and neighborhhod are both very nice and conveniently located."

"Unfortunately, I have to give such a bad review, even though the host was responsive. First off, we got one key, there should be a keyless entry door pad, or something like that for security reason. Next I had two dogs. The grass was not cut. It looks like it hadn’t been cut for a month or two. The backyard grass was so high, I don’t know what it was back there, but my dogs ate something, and they both got sick. Then for the interior, just terrible. "We met here with my parents for a weekend birthday party and baby shower. Fantastic for having more than 6 people comfortable and happy. Back yard was great to sit out with the family and hang out for a good couple hours. The only issue was there was more than a few ant hills and we got bit couple times. Very clean and quiet.
