The apartment features two spacious bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed with a double mattress. In the other bedroom, the beds can be placed either together or separately with a bedside table between them. The master bedroom offers direct access to the terrace, a private television and an en-suite bathroom with a modern walk-in shower. With its green tones and rich upholstery, the second bedroom is an oasis of calm and is also equipped with a TV and a large wardrobe. A second bathroom, also with a walk-in shower, is available for added convenience.
The fully equipped kitchen is fitted with all modern conveniences, including an induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher and an espresso machine for a perfect start to the day. The spacious terrace is the highlight of the property, furnished with an outdoor dining area and sun loungers. For families with young children, the terrace is fitted with a safety gate that blocks access to the swimming pool.
Marina Garden is strategically located in Pilar de la Horadada. Just a short distance away is the popular ‘Rambla’, perfect for a leisurely stroll down to the sea. The white sandy beaches of the Costa Blanca and the charming marina at Torre de la Horadada are just a few minutes’ drive away. This is also the perfect base for golf enthusiasts and those keen on the mud baths at Lo Pagán. Travel cots and high chairs are available on request, making this apartment ideal for families with babies.
- Guests are required to provide a valid photo ID at check-in. This will be collected via our booking system.
- The person making the booking and checking in must be at least 25 years old. He/she is responsible for the stay and behaviour of all guests in the property.
- Please let us know your expected arrival time in advance via the booking system.
- This accommodation does not accept parties and events.
- There must be silence between 10PM and 8AM.
- A refundable security deposit of €400 is required for this booking. This deposit is collected separately, outside of Airbnb, via our booking system prior to check-in. No amount is charged to your card — instead, a hold (pre-authorization) is placed for the deposit amount after the reservation is confirmed.
The deposit is automatically released within 7 working days after checkout, provided no damage has occurred and the property was left in the agreed condition. Depending on your card provider, it may take an additional 5–10 working days for the released amount to appear in your account.
- In the event that resort facilities are available (such as a swimming pool, gym, sauna, hot tub, etc.), the tenant is responsible for verifying the current opening hours and conditions of access in advance. Neither the landlord nor the hosting company is liable for any temporary closures, defects or maintenance work on these facilities.
- Smoking or vaping is not allowed in the accommodation. Pets are not allowed either.
- A separate rental agreement is required and must be signed before arrival. In addition to the house rules listed here, it includes: a liability release for damage or injury caused by the guest`s own negligence or misuse, guest responsibility for lock/key replacement costs if keys are lost or damaged, compliance with community/HOA rules where applicable, the host`s right to inspect the property with prior notice, a no-subletting clause, and forfeiture of the security deposit in case of smoking, loading EVs, or bringing unauthorized pets.
