This high-quality townhouse features its own private swimming pool and has been furnished with an eye for detail in a soothing ‘Soft Minimalist’ style. The property is professionally managed by OYOOSTAYS, guaranteeing a seamless holiday experience and a warm, personal welcome.
The property is designed to take all the hassle out of your stay. The bright ground floor offers a spacious sitting area with a TV, a dining area and a modern, fully equipped kitchen with all the amenities you need to cook for yourself. There is also a functional workspace with a desk and computer monitor, ideal for digital nomads. A separate laundry and storage room is fully equipped with a washing machine, ironing board and a drying rack.
Outside, you can enjoy complete privacy on the private terrace with outdoor furniture, a parasol and a lovely, refreshing private swimming pool. The pool cleaning takes place every Tuesday between 9:00 AM and 2:00 PM. The pool boy will ring the doorbell and announce himself before entering the property. To make your days at the beach perfect, the property provides comfortable beach furniture.
On the upper floor are two stylish bedrooms with comfortable hotel-quality beds, large fitted wardrobes and access to an additional upper terrace from the master bedroom. The property features a sleekly finished bathroom and a guest bathroom.
Coastal Calm Townhouse is situated in a quiet neighborhood of Pilar de la Horadada, within walking distance of the lively town center with its restaurants and supermarkets. The beautiful sandy beaches and marina of Torre de la Horadada, as well as the famous San Pedro del Pinatar nature reserve with its salt lakes, are just a 10-minute drive away (less than 3 km). Golf enthusiasts can enjoy themselves at the nearby top-class Lo Romero Golf course.
- Guests are required to provide a valid photo ID at check-in. This will be collected via our booking system.
- The person making the booking and checking in must be at least 25 years old. He/she is responsible for the stay and behaviour of all guests in the property.
- Please let us know your expected arrival time in advance via the booking system.
- This accommodation does not accept parties and events.
- There must be silence between 10PM and 8AM.
- A refundable security deposit of €800 is required for this booking. This deposit is collected separately, outside of Airbnb, via our booking system prior to check-in. No amount is charged to your card — instead, a hold (pre-authorization) is placed for the deposit amount after the reservation is confirmed.
The deposit is automatically released within 7 working days after checkout, provided no damage has occurred and the property was left in the agreed condition. Depending on your card provider, it may take an additional 5–10 working days for the released amount to appear in your account.
- In the event that resort facilities are available (such as a swimming pool, gym, sauna, hot tub, etc.), the tenant is responsible for verifying the current opening hours and conditions of access in advance. Neither the landlord nor the hosting company is liable for any temporary closures, defects or maintenance work on these facilities.
- Smoking or vaping is not allowed in the accommodation. Pets are not allowed either.
- A separate rental agreement is required and must be signed before arrival. In addition to the house rules listed here, it includes: a liability release for damage or injury caused by the guest`s own negligence or misuse, guest responsibility for lock/key replacement costs if keys are lost or damaged, compliance with community/HOA rules where applicable, the host`s right to inspect the property with prior notice, a no-subletting clause, and forfeiture of the security deposit in case of smoking or unauthorized pets.
