The Space:

Enjoy the luxury of a king-sized bed, a full bathroom, a well-equipped kitchen, and a comfortable living space. You'll find complimentary parking on the property, reached by a quiet, private gravel road. The upstairs couch can be made into a bed by pushing the ottomans together with the couch.



Nestled on a peaceful 12-acre retreat, this unit is part of a small collection of similar stays designed for quiet, relaxing getaways. While the location is tranquil, a short 20 min drive will take you to local restaurants, breweries and shops. Fall Creek Falls State Park is also only 30 min away.



The Sutter provides free on-site parking for your convenience, accessible via a private gravel road. Due to its location in a tranquil, rural setting, public transportation is not readily accessible. The nearest airport, Chattanooga Metropolitan Airport (CHA), is approximately a 1 hour drive from the treehouse. We recommend using a personal vehicle to fully enjoy your stay and explore the area's natural beauty and local attractions.

Guest Access:

On check-in day, you will receive access to the property starting at 4pm CST. Your guidebook will be sent to you virtually 24 hours before check-in, and your door code will be sent on the day of your check-in. We cannot wait to host you!
