"Great communication ! check in and check out was seamless , and they were very accommodating with my additional day that was needed due to a family emergency . 5 stars stay here for all your indianapolis plans !"

"Perfect! Clean spacious, and secluded. This was the perfect space for our family. We truly enjoyed every bit of the outdoors area basketball court volleyball and we were able to have a bonfire. The grocery store is also directly across the street which was extremely convenient. We definitely plan to come back next year in July 2027. I truly recommend staying here."

"Highly Recommend"

"The house was perfect for our family! It is close to a ton of restaurants/activities but still has the comfort of a quiet, peaceful neighborhood. We will definitely stay here during our next trip to Indianapolis."

"Cleaned and very comfortable. Quiet residential trip. Exterior is dated but masks an updated interior. Close to Butler"

"It was easy to get to and the hosts were very helpful. Bathroom layout was a little odd but it was workable for us."

"Great place to stay! Plenty of bedrooms and the basement is nice to have some extra space. Super convenient location."

"Host was very accommodating. We had a death in the family and it was a quick turn around. Safe and great location to downtown."

"Clean comfortable older apartment . One bed no couch . It suited my needs perfectly. Close to down town via a car , über. Easy , clear almost instant communication with the owners when I had any questions . I hope to stay there again when I attend another convention here "

"Clean"

"We had a very pleasant stay at Modern Carriage House Indianapolis. The property was clean, spacious, and very comfortable for our family. One of the best features was the attached garage downstairs, which made parking especially convenient and secure. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. We also appreciated having filtered water and ice available directly from the refrigerator, and the mattress was excellent—very comfortable and great for a good night’s sleep. The host was very responsive...

"Charming and comfortable historic home! We throughly enjoyed our time in Indianapolis and the hostess, Deb, was a delight to work with. Kitchen was better stocked than 99% of the vacation homes we’ve rented and all instructions, tips were easy to navigate. On top of it all, the house was as a homey, incredibly cute place to stay. Beds are divine! Would recommend 100%"

"Very nice home with excellent host. So close to downtown Indy and the speedway! Would highly recommend!"
