The space

Conveniently located just minutes away from Dollywood Theme Park and Pigeon Forge Parkway, the town's main thoroughfare. If you don't like the curvy mountain roads but still want to have a great view of the smokey mountain then you are in the right place.

Paved driveway along with a ramp to the front door, making unloading and loading the cars much easier. Our cabin offers plenty of space (3,600 sqft) for the family to spread out and comfortably sleep up to 20 guests!

**MAIN LEVEL**

Enter the first level you will find a fully-equipped kitchen, a dining area with a large table for as many as 12 people, a spacious living room make of open concept and lots of natural light, an electric fireplace, and a large flatscreen TV adds a modern cabin touch. There is also a bedroom (Bedroom 1) with an ensuite private bathroom. There can’t be any better places to gather around as a family to eat, chat or have fun. There is also a charcoal grill right outside of the cabin.

**UPPER LEVEL**

The upper level features 2 Master Bedrooms with King Bed each with its own ensuite bathroom (Bedrooms 2 and 3) and another bedroom with 1 queen bunk bed and ensuite bathroom (bedroom 4). All the bedrooms feature a flatscreen TV to keep everyone entertained while most of them have direct access to the deck for keeping you close to nature.

**LOWER LEVEL**

Continue to the lower level, here you will find the game room where you can choose from a foosball table, air hockey to beat the highest arcade scores, or just simply watch your favorite sports game on the flatscreen TV. It’s a fun space to hang out and chill at the cabin.

Wait there's more, a carpeted theater room with 12 theater-style chairs and bin bags to add to your comfort while enjoying the movie night in a DVD/Blu-ray player and a 65 inches big flat-screen TV.

You’ll also find one bedroom with a king bed and ensuite bathroom (bedroom 5) and another bedroom with the 2nd queen bunk-bed (bedroom 6). There is also an outdoor large deck featuring a full private Hot Tub with classic wooden-style rocking chairs for some relaxation with great views and fresh mountain air.

★PETS POLICY★

We’re happy to welcome well-behaved and house-trained pets to our cabin! We kindly ask that pets remain off all furniture . If you need to leave your pet unattended in the cabin, please ensure they are safely crated. Our standard pet fee is $100 per pet (up to 2 pets). If you plan to bring pets, please make sure to let us know in advance.

NOTE: Please keep in mind that ladybug season in the Smokies runs from October to December! Ladybugs are protected under The State of Tennessee, so we can't completely get rid of them. But since we do monthly pest control, you may notice dead and rarely some live ladybugs inside as a result of the treatments. Which is very common in the mountains. We appreciate your patience, and a vacuum is available for use as needed.

Guest access

The entire cabin is available to the guests. The resort includes an outdoor seasonal swimming pool and a fire pit from Memorial Day to Labor Day.

Other things to note

The pet fee is a one-time, non-refundable fee that covers a professional cleaning post-checkout. However, Pet-related damages or the need for excessive cleaning, including an unusual amount of pet hair on carpets, bedding, or furniture may result in additional charges.

To prevent parties, a noise decibel monitor is installed in the living room.

Prior to check-in, you will be asked to sign a rental agreement

We provide an initial starter set of household supplies (dishwasher tablets, dishwasher soap, paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo, body soap, hand soap, laundry tabs). Additional supplies can be purchased at Publix Supermarket near the Resort.

There is a $500 additional cleaning charge if there is any smell or evidence of smoking or if you don't clean up after your pet. Anyone found breaking these rules will be asked to leave without a refund.

You may smoke outside. Please be responsible and do not throw cigarette buds outside the patio area.

The fireplace is an electric fireplace, not a gas fireplace. Please be mindful to turn off when leaving the cabin.

There is a front door camera installed in our cabin for your security.
