Indulge in relaxation in our private and secluded hot tub, accommodating four people and ideal for stargazing under the night sky. Our front porch boasts custom bourbon barrel seating, adding a touch of rustic charm to your outdoor experience.
*In extreme cold weather, the hot tub maintains its heat best when the cover is kept on, as the water will naturally cool 5 degrees/hour when exposed to cold air.

4.) Hot tub is drained & professional cleaned before and after each guest
5.) Flight of steps to reach front door (approx 28), but otherwise very easy mobility around space main living area
6.) No smoking or vaping in the cabin
7.) We are surrounded by trees. While this is peaceful, it does mean you will encounter bugs, insects, leaves, pollen, small twigs. Pollen will settle on outdoor furniture and decking. During the colder months, small wildlife critters (such as mice) may attempt to reach warmth inside the cabin. Nature tries to make itself cozy. While the house is professionally cleaned, keep in mind the house is still a mountain cabin amongst nature and wildlife.
8.) Damage protection - The $40 charge listed as a "management fee" on your quote covers your purchase of $1500 of "all risk" damage protection coverage on the rental property. This protection is purchased in lieu of a cash damage deposit. Coverage details are spelled out in the rental agreement.
9.) In extreme cold weather, the hot tub is designed to maintain a cozy temperature between 100°F and 104°F when the cover is on. However, when the cover is off, the water temperature will naturally drop 5 degrees per hour due to exposure to the cold air. This is completely normal and part of how hot tubs work! To keep the water warm for your enjoyment, we recommend limiting the time the cover is off when the tub is not in use
