☆ THE POOL ☆
The centerpiece of this cabin — and one of the rarest amenities in all of Pigeon Forge. Head downstairs to the private indoor saltwater pool, preset to a comfortable 80–85°F and available 24 hours a day, year-round. No weather cancellations. No waiting for summer. Just swim whenever you want.
Dimensions: 15 ft long × 7 ft wide × 4 ft deep. The pool room features hand-painted murals, cozy seating, and a full bathroom right on the same level for easy swimsuit changes.
No diving allowed. Children must be supervised at all times.

☆ HOT TUB ☆
Step right outside from the pool level onto the private basement balcony and into the hot tub. Swim indoors, soak outdoors — all on the same level. It's the kind of combination you won't find anywhere else in Pigeon Forge.

4.5 beautifully designed bathrooms across all three levels. Every full bathroom features a tub/shower combo with a rain showerhead and generous vanity. A half bath is conveniently located on the main level near the living area, with additional bathrooms on the pool level and upstairs.

A fully equipped kitchen ready for everything from big family breakfasts to full holiday meals. Custom cabinetry, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and two sinks make cooking easy — even for large groups.
Appliances include: full-size refrigerator with ice maker, oven/range, microwave, dishwasher, Instant Pot, toaster, and blender. Fully stocked with cookware, cutlery, dishes, and kids' dinnerware. A Keurig coffee bar is ready for slow mountain mornings — starter pods provided.
The dining table seats 8, with additional outdoor seating on the main level balcony.

Upstairs Balcony: Rocking chairs and a mini putting green nestled among the treetops. A quiet spot to unwind or practice your short game.
A charcoal grill is available at the front of the home — please supervise while in use, clean after each use, and bring your own charcoal, lighter fluid, and matches.

Entry is completely keyless via a smart lock. Your personalized door code will be sent on day of check-in. No keys to pick up, no check-in desk — just arrive and walk in.
Please note: three areas are reserved for host use and are clearly labeled — two owner closets and a maintenance room in the basement. Please respect these spaces.

☆ PARKING ☆
Flat driveway parking for 2 cars (3 if compact). Space dimensions: 35 ft long × 20 ft wide. No street or neighbor parking. No boats, trailers, RVs, or commercial vehicles. Limited overflow community parking available on a first-come, first-served basis — not guaranteed.

☆ PETS ☆
Up to 2 dogs welcome (50 lbs or less each) with the applicable pet fee.

Please note: as a pet-friendly property, trace amounts of pet hair may occasionally remain despite professional cleaning between every stay. If pet allergies are a concern, this may not be the right fit for your group.

☆ STARTER SUPPLIES ☆
We provide: 2 bath towels per guest, all bedding and linens, 1 roll of paper towels, dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, 2 laundry pods, trash liners, hand and face soap per bathroom, 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, and Keurig starter pods. For stays longer than 3 nights, we recommend bringing additional supplies.

We've put a lot of love into this cabin and want every guest to have an amazing stay. By completing your booking, you agree to all house rules.

HOUSE RULES:

BEFORE ARRIVAL
• A signed rental agreement and $200 security deposit hold are required before your door code is released. The hold is placed 1 day before check-in and released 3 days after checkout, provided no damages are reported.
• Travel insurance is strongly recommended. We follow our cancellation policy as agreed at booking. No refunds or date changes after the free cancellation period. Insurance, damage protection, and processing fees are non-refundable.

CHECK-IN & CHECKOUT
• Check-in: 4:00 PM or later. Early check-in may be available for $50–$100 — not guaranteed during peak seasons or holidays.
• Checkout: 10:00 AM. Late checkout is charged $50 per additional half-hour.
• Please check for all belongings before leaving — we cannot ship forgotten items.

GUEST POLICY
• Booking guest must be 25+ and present for the entire stay. No third-party bookings.
• Max occupancy: 10 guests total, 8 adults max. All guests over age 2 must be on the reservation. Limit applies at all times — overnight, day visits, and gatherings. Over-occupancy fee: $500.
• Unregistered visitors: $150 per person, per night.
• Open-invite gatherings, excessive noise, and unauthorized visitors are strictly prohibited.
• Photos are for reference only. Decor and games may vary. Room layouts and bed sizes remain as shown. No refunds for minor changes.

PARKING
Very tight! Limited to 2 cars (3 if compact). No boats, trailers, RVs, buses, or commercial vehicles. Street and neighbor parking is not permitted.

QUIET HOURS
10:00 PM – 9:00 AM, mandated by the City of Pigeon Forge noise ordinance. This is a legally binding municipal regulation strictly enforced — violations may result in a $250 fine, loss of security deposit, and immediate removal without refund.

SMOKING
No smoking inside the cabin. Outdoor smoking only — away from open windows and doors. Indoor smoking: $250 fine + loss of deposit + professional cleaning costs.

POOL & HOT TUB
No oils, bath salts, soaps, or glass — violations result in a $350 fine plus repair costs.
Supervise children. Use at your own risk—no diving. Pool temperature is fixed at 82-85°F.
No alcohol, glass, oils, soap, salts, or bath bombs. Violations: $250 fine + repair costs.
• Do not sit or stand on the hot tub cover — replacement cost is $400.
• Use at your own risk.

SECURITY & DEVICES
• 2 cameras (front porch & driveway) and is active during your stay. Tampering fee: $200.
• Do not tamper with smoke alarms or unplug WiFi routers. Tampering fee: $200.

NO GUEST ACCESS
Locked and labeled owner’s closets are private and not for guest use. Do not open or tamper with them. Unauthorized access may result in a $500 fee.
