The Main Level half bathroom also includes a small Forgotten Essentials basket with a few basic personal-care items such as a toothbrush and toothpaste, feminine products, Q-tips, floss picks, a razor and shaving cream — enough to help if something was left behind until you can make it to the store or arrange a delivery.

**PARKING + ACCESS**

• Portions of surrounding mountain roads are steep
• One section of the neighborhood access road may become icy during freezing weather
• There is a significant dip where the neighborhood access road meets the main road; low-clearance vehicles should enter and exit carefully

**PRIVATE GUEST ACCESS**

Your group has private access to the entire cabin and its guest amenities during your stay. The only areas not available to guests are locked owner and maintenance closets.

Self check-in is provided through a smart lock. Your unique access code and check-in information will be provided before arrival.

**IMPORTANT INFORMATION BEFORE BOOKING**

**Age + Occupancy**
The primary guest must be at least 25 years old and remain on-site for the duration of the reservation. Only registered guests are permitted on the property unless approved in advance. Parties, events and unauthorized gatherings are not permitted.

**Stay Agreement**
Guests are required to sign our Stay Agreement prior to arrival.

**Safety**
This is a multi-level property with stairs, decks, a rooftop terrace, indoor pool, sauna, hot tub and sports court. Children should be supervised at all times when using these areas and amenities.

**No Smoking**
Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the cabin.

**No Pets**
Pets are not permitted.

**Exterior Security Camera**
For guest and property security, one exterior camera is located on the front porch and monitors only the front entrance, driveway and parking area. There are no cameras inside the home or in private guest areas.

**EV Charging**
An on-site EV charger is available for guest use. Please bring any adapter required for your specific vehicle.

**DEVELOPING RESORT COMMUNITY**

Summit After Dark is located in a growing new-construction community, and construction may take place nearby during your stay. Our cleaning team is diligent about preparing the cabin and outdoor spaces; however, construction can create dust that settles quickly on decks, outdoor furniture, railings and other exterior surfaces, even shortly after cleaning.

**MOUNTAIN ENVIRONMENT**

Bears, insects, spiders and other wildlife are common in the Smoky Mountains and may occasionally be encountered.

Seasonal pollen, leaves and other natural debris can also accumulate quickly on decks, outdoor furniture and exterior surfaces despite cleaning before arrival.

Cell service varies throughout the Smoky Mountains by carrier. High-speed Wi-Fi is provided throughout the cabin.

**Summit After Dark is made for multiple families, couples traveling together, golf groups, reunions, celebrations and group getaways. Come for the Smokies — but don't be surprised if your group never wants to leave the cabin.**
