The home does have a beautiful view, but the linens were very worn almost like they weren't changed, one set down stairs had food on them, no extra pillow cases or linens, the toilet seats were so worn the white had worn off in places, the floors were dirty and everything with dust, the home was so under insulated you could here everyone talking in their rooms, no bath soap 1 dishwasher pod the game room was not functional, the shuffle board game didn't have sand in it to be able to use, the pool table was so worn it looked as if it had been there since the house had been built, the pictures were deceiving to the point that i took pictures of everything so if i got accused of not taking care of something i would have proof, the hot tub which we didnt use never reached over 85 degrees, the owner came by once we arrived and was draining the hot tub for use, the garbage area was small and only could handle 1 day of garbage for 10 people, so we stored the garbage in the corner of the house kitchen because the owner said they had a bear problem, the view of pigeon forge was limited from the main floor and it was out the back door with trees grown up, thee deck around the house needs replacing, some boards had been replaced but it was a worn out rental and misrepresented very disappointed for the money
