We are off the beaten path, but just minutes to all the main attractions and restaurants.

We welcome pets, with a $50 non-refundable pet fee, for the first pet and $25 for the second pet. Must be paid before checking in.

We do not have an on-site office. Be sure and read check in instructions prior to your arrival to obtain studio access.

Bathroom is elevated. Be prepared to step up into the bathroom. The shower has an overhead rain shower and is one step down.

We are less than 3 miles from Dollywood and one mile from The Island. We set between Teaster Lane and Veterans Blvd. You'll find the location to be both convenient with a nice park-like setting. The brand new Food City is just a minute away. You will find this location off the beaten path but so close to all the action.

The landfill, which is less than 1 mile away can produce a strong odor at times. This is a random occurrence that is dependent mainly on weather and winds. We are at the property often and it generally occurs Monday mornings and some mornings more so than evenings as well as after rains in the heat and humidity. More often than not it's not a huge issue but there are times it can be strong.
