**PARKING IS TIGHT!!** The cabin can only accommodate 2 vehicles. Parking for pick up trucks is possible, but may be a bit challenging if the parking spaces at the other cabins are full. Please make other arrangements if arriving by RV or if you are towing a boat or trailer. There is a slight drop when entering the subdivison and a slight incline when pulling up to the cabin. A 4x4 is not necessary.**

The location doesn't get any better than this! Tucked away in Woodridge Village, this cabin boasts not one, but TWO outdoor community pools! This cabin is a short distance to one of the community pools. The cabin is located right off the Parkway and is a 6 minute drive to The Island & a 15 minute drive to Dollywood. It is less than a 25 minute drive to Gatlinburg in one direction and to Soaky Mountain Waterpark in the other direction. You.Are.Central.

You'll enjoy the brand new 55" Roku TV in the living room while lounging on the comfortable couches. There's plenty of dining space at the table and countertops and the kitchen is stocked with dishes and cups for days! Both bathrooms have a jacuzzi tub for your enjoyment in private if you're not up for soaking in the hot tub under the whimsical string lights. The screened porch allows you to enjoy the outdoors whether it's sunny, rainy, or snowy! There is a natural gas grill available for whipping up delicious meals. There is a full sized pool table upstairs with lots of other board games! There are 2 king beds, 1 full/queen sleeper sofa, and 1 full/queen futon.

The community pool is currently closed.

Signed rental agreement and $250 security deposit required.

Security cameras record both driveways and the first entrance. There are no cameras around or pointing at the hot tub. Audio is NOT recorded.
