Frosty Bear is a 4 bedroom/4.5 bathroom cabin located inside our Resort, just 2.5 miles from the Parkway in Pigeon Forge at traffic light #10. Frosty Bear has 3 levels and is 2900 square feet (plus deck space). This cabin will sleep a total of 10 guests and has parking for approximately 4 vehicles, with additional parking available in the Resort. Main Level

Frosty Bear has 3 steps up to the front door, where you will enter into the main level. This level features an open air common space with the dining area, kitchen, and living room. The dining table seats 6, with additional seating for 2 at the breakfast bar. The kitchen is fully equipped with a French door refrigerator (with icemaker), a natural gas range, an oven and a dishwasher. Other items provided in the kitchen are a coffee pot, a blender, a toaster and standard cooking and eating utensils to accommodate 10 guests.

Frosty Bear's living room is the center of attention on this level and the floor to ceiling windows let in plenty of natural light! Watch the big game on the large flat screen TV or snuggle up next to the natural gas fireplace, regardless we know you will feel totally relaxed in Frosty Bear.

The main level is also where you will find the first of four bedrooms and bathrooms. This master suite features a king size bed and a flat screen TV. The bathroom, which can be accessed from the bedroom and living room, features a walk in tiled shower.

The main level deck of Frosty Bear is the perfect place to hang out and enjoy a pretty day! Here you will find the gas grill, outdoor gas fireplace with upgraded patio furniture to sit back, relax and watch the large flat screen T.V. The deck wraps around to the front of the cabin where you will find a staircase that takes you to the lower level deck. Raining? No worries, just pull the privacy curtains shut and still enjoy your outdoor time! If this is not enough relaxation for you, find your way to the hanging hammock chair located on the deck as well.

Upper Level

Upstairs there are two more bedrooms. One bedroom features a king size bed, an electric fireplace, a flat screen TV, and deck access with rocking chairs and a comfy lounge chair. This bedroom also has a private bathroom, which features a custom walk in tiled shower with double shower heads.

The second bedroom on the upper level features a king size bed, a flat screen T.V. and a shared deck with rocking chairs. This bedroom also has a private bathroom which features a walk in shower.

This upper level is where you will also locate the laundry room equipped with full size, front loading machines.

Lower Level

Head down stairs and have some real fun! When you first enter the lower level of Frosty Bear you will walk right into the game room. The game room features a pool table, a Multi-cade arcade machine, a flat screen TV, and a wet bar equipped with a mini fridge. You will also find the sleeper sofa here. The half bath is located off of the game room. Not enough fun? Then you haven't found the private home movie theater also located on the lower level! The theater room features stadium seating for 8, a Blu-Ray player and surround sound. Come rent a movie from the DVD library located in the office, or watch your favorite show on the big screen...The theater is always a big hit!

This level is where you will find the last of four bedrooms and bathrooms. This suite features a set of twin size bunk beds and flat screen TV. The bathroom, which can only be accessed through the bedroom features a walk in shower. You also have access to the deck from this bedroom.

Last, but certainly not least, is the hot tub with an outdoor TV which can be accessed from the lower level deck. The hot tub is the perfect place to wind down after a day in the Great Smoky Mountains National Park while you enjoy the mountain serenity!

Each TV (including the theater room) has Charter Cable.
There is FREE high speed, wireless internet in this cabin.
Gas fireplaces are turned off from May 1 to October 1. Fire pits are functional year round.

During inclement weather (especially in the winter months), The Resort's roads are maintained by our maintenance staff and should not be a big concern
to you and your group. Our roads are not steep and are widely paved.

The Resort is motorcycle friendly, featuring flat, paved parking spaces suitable for motorcycles and trailers.
