Approximately 1.5 miles from the Parkway in Pigeon Forge, TN and The Island were all the excitement starts!!!

3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms. Master bedroom and bathroom on main level. Only 2 steps from driveway into chalet so perfect for Senior Citizens or anyone with limited mobility.

****HOME MAXIMUM OF 7 ADULTS DUE TO BED CONFIGURATIONS. THAT WOULD BE 2 ADULTS PER BEDROOM AND ONE ADULT ON BOTTOM BUNK. SOFA BEDS ARE NOT SUITABLE FOR ADULTS

Community pool just a short walk from chalet. *****Usually opens Memorial Day weekend and closes October 9th. Pool hours 9AM-10PM. Of course, these dates and hours are determined by the HOA association board, and I have no control over the opening and closing of pool. I cannot guarantee hours and dates!*****But honestly have never had any issues with it being open when it is supposed to be. Periodically Pool has to be closed down due to routine maintenance. This does not happen often, but please be aware that it is a possibility.

****MAXIMUM 2 dogs allowed. Please discuss with us breed of animal before booking to get clearance. Pet fee of $125 per dog will be requested. Non shedding breeds ONLY. Please clean up after your dogs. If more cleaning has to be done than normal, you will incur an extra cleaning fee.

*****Minimum age to rent 25 years old
*****PARKING at chalet is limited to 3 regular size vehicles or 2 oversized trucks/SUVS. Please see parking photo in pictures.

***Please note the House will be stocked with a STARTER SUPPLY only of toilet paper, paper towels, dish liquid, garbage bags, clothes detergent, etc. If you anticipate needing more, please plan accordingly.

*****HASSEL FREE CHECK-IN!!! Chalet uses keyless entry. One day prior to your arrival you will be messaged a key code that will be specific to your family. This code will be used to enter Chalet. Address and other pertinent information will also be included.

Overall we had a great stay. Home was very clean. Plenty of room for all of the kids to spread out and have their space. They all very much enjoyed playing pool. It was wonderful to have the pool just steps away. We were lucky enough to have it to ourselves most of the time, but even when others came everyone was respectful. Very easy to locate and get in and out of. Would definitely come back!

This place was amazing

My grandkids had a phenomenal vacation. Our only complaint was about the pool. It was muddy dirty and not usable. But for that, we all had a great time and I would highly recommend staying here. We will definitely be back-maybe next spring break.

It is a very busy area set up for tourism. So it is practically endless in activities. But we were also just a short drive from wooded hikes and serenity. So it was a nice balance. I will definitely go back.

Great weekend

This VRBO is stocked! Everything we needed without having to have a random trip to the store to buy ANYTHING! TOWELS!!!!! Amazing and more than enough. Very unusual as usually owners skimp on towels and it is a big deal to have plenty. Our 4 legged family member enjoyed looking at the Mountain View from her crate while waiting on our return.

Close to Everything

The property was perfect for our family. I loved how there were 3 floors with 3 full bathrooms. It made so much easier getting 4 kids and 6 adults ready. The house was spacious and allowed everyone their own privacy. The owner was very responsive! We would definitely stay there again.

Our Wonderful Vacation

This was our third time to stay at this chalet. As usual it was very clean, very well stocked and Cicely, the host is very prompt if you need help. We had a total of nine staying this year and had plenty of room. We love the location. Will definitely stay again!

Great Family trip

We absolutely loved our stay! We rented this for a family vacation with my in laws. It was great, each immediate family had their own floor and my inlaws stayed on the main floor so there was privacy but everyone could be together too! The property could not have been cleaner and we loved the big connect four and the pool table. We ate almost every dinner of the week at the house and the kitchen had everything we could need, the bathrooms were fully stocked with more than enough towels and starter ameneties too. The location is perfect too, just a few minutes from the Parkway and Gatlinburg and the Smokies are just a little bit south. We would absolutely love to stay here again!

very nice place

Very nice place, very clean and plenty of room. Owner communicated very fast when asked a question and overall, I'd stay there again. Had llenty of room and my grandson and I enjoyed the pool table. Him and I practically lived in the basement. Had fridge for our water and pop, just very nice. Each level had its own bathroom and shower. Just a great place to stay

Excellent home. Beautiful. Plenty of space and privacy. Full size fridge in kitchen and gameroom. Extra clean. Extra special touches - towel art. Pool practically next door. Close to the main strip but also in the woods.
