This cozy holiday home is located on the hills between Lucca (35 km) and Florence (50 km), on a quiet spot, amidst complete nature with breathtaking views.
One part of the house (the part you see in all the photos of the house) is rented and the owners live in the other part, on the back of house. The house is built on a hill therefore both parts are accessed ground floor level. Guests have their own and independent entrance, on the ground floor (garden level); the owners have also their own independent entrance on the back of the house. Guests will have complete privacy and exclusive use of the garden (about 200 sqm), of the grounds around the house (about 2 hectares) of the spacious panoramic veranda and half set in earth swimming pool (7x3,1 m, depth: 1.20m). The pool area is equipped with deck-chairs, sun-umbrellas, shower and a wooden house used as changing room.

Restaurant and grocery within 1 km. The owners cultivate within the grounds a garden and are happy to offer their guests vegetables of their production.
Guests may reach in short distance the art city of Pistoia (only 11 km) – its medieval centre hosts a blues festival during summer. Villa di Celle, which offers an exposition of contemporary sculptures, is also located in Pistoia and you may the medieval hamlet of Serravalle. Who is looking for relax and wellness shall visit the famous therapeutic springs of Montecatini Terme and Grotta Giusti at Monsummano. For families travelling with children should lose the opportunity to visit the Pinocchio Park at Collodi.
Entrance on the ground floor in a spacious dining cum kitchen with stove, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, fire-place, 1 bathroom with shower, wc, bidet, basin, 1 living room with sofas. On the 1st floor 2 double bedrooms, 1 bathroom with shower, wc, bidet, basin. There is the possibility to add 1 single bed in one of the double bedrooms ( extra to be paid on the spot and on request: 50,00 € / child and 75,00 € / adult).
From the kitchen access to a spacious veranda of about 50 sqm, equipped with table, chairs and barbeque. You may dine outside and enjoy to the full the magnificent views onto the valley. The house is furnished in country style with some pieces of antiques.

The quantifiable additional costs must be paid together with the security deposit, IN CASH, at CHECK-IN.
The extra charges, which are calculated according to consumption, are to be paid at the end of the stay.
