Situated near beaches of fine sand, in Porticcio, our independent flat lies in the ground floor of a villa with a 50 m² well-kept and furnished garden.
Facing the South, the flat is bright and is carefully decorated. Being a total of 75 m², it can receive up to 6 people in its 2 bedrooms which feature 2 double beds and 1 single bed in total. The living room also provides a sofa bed, as well as a television and a DVD player.
The flat has one shower room, independent toilets, and a fully-equipped kitchen, notably featuring a dishwasher and a refrigerator with freezer. Moreover, you will have in your disposal numerous amenities which will offer you a pleasant stay, such as Wi-Fi connection, ironing equipment, and a washing machine. Bathroom towels and sheets will be provided to you.
After a day at the sea, you will love to relax in the patio of the flat, which has a coal barbecue, an outdoors living room, and recliners. On the other hand, the villa’s garden, peaceful and well-kept is a total of 50 m².

Cleaning fee are mandatory and at surcharge, to be paid at the arrival.
