Location: Beautiful rustic house with a marvellous view of the Mediterranean coast. The rustico is situated in a panoramic and quiet location near Capezzano Monte.
The sandy beach is about 10 km away. Due to the privileged position, the house can be reached on foot for the last 200-300 metres. The car must therefore be left in the public car park. The house has a terrace with gazebo, equipped with tables and chairs, from which you can fully enjoy the panoramic view.
Facilities: The house has an area of approx. 100 m². The furnishings are very beautiful and reminiscent of the nature of the Tuscan region. Washing machine.
When you reach the terrace, a few steps take you to the entrance with the living room with fireplace. Bathroom with shower and bathtub. Bedroom with single bed. Kitchen with dishwasher, toaster, freezer.
Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms, each with 2 double beds.
