Villa Versilian is a luxury villa sleeping up to 14 guests in 6 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms.

The property consists of a beautiful eighteenth century residence nestled within the Versilia hills, dominating the Tuscan coast, and surrounded by manicured Italian gardens and centuries-old olive groves. Within the grounds (a few meters from the villa) is a small apartment, the result of a lengthy restoration of an ancient mill with the wooden and iron mill machineries perfectly preserved. A charming Italian garden with roses and citrus trees looking towards the sea is at the villa entrance. A few steps away of the living room is a spacious covered loggia, furnished with tables and chairs and ideal for al-fresco dining. Behind here is the large, panoramic pool.

The restoration, carried out with full respect of the original building materials, has created a stylish holiday retreat, which retains all the charm of the historic residence together with the tranquility and privacy of a private home. The breathtaking panoramic view of the sea, Versilia plains and Tuscan hills can be appreciated from the house, swimming pool, gardens and terrace. The large, frescoed living rooms feature beautiful beamed ceilings and fine period furniture. The bedrooms overlooking this enchanting landscape, are comfortable and nicely furnished. The stylish bathrooms are finished with fine Italian marble and hand-painted ceramic tiles.

A stay at Villa Versilian provides guests with a well-rounded holiday experience. If one seeks relaxation, nature, art, culture or sports, one need look no further. In addition to the local medieval town of Pietrasanta, the most important art cities and villages of Tuscany (such as Lucca, Pisa, Florence and Siena) are easily reachable. The marble quarries of Carrara in which Michelangelo carved his masterpiece are a short drive away, as are the \"CinqueTerre\" and the Apuan Alps. The famous Versilia beaches and the golf course at Forte dei Marmi are located just minutes away. Relaxing walks through country paths from the villa leading to ancient villages such as Saint Lucia and Monteggiori or to designers shopping in the fashionable center of Forte dei Marmi, are only part of what is available to complete your holiday.

Pool and Grounds:
The pool is open from the 15th of April to the 15th of October. Guests will be provided with pool towels. The ornamental gardens planted with roses and citrus trees offer a haven of beautiful panoramic views of the Versilia coast line, open all year around where you can enjoy a quiet moment reading or walking through the lemon trees, roses and decorative fountains.
The swimming pool, with sun beds and umbrellas, is located in a panoramic area in the center of the gardens behind the villa.

Living room with two large French doors opening towards the garden offering beautiful sea view, dining room with seating for up to 20 guests, billiard room, guest toilet, large furnished kitchen (fridge/freezer, stove, oven, dishwasher, table and chairs, fireplace), bathroom with shower, and a private consecrated Chapel perfect for celebrations.

First floor sleeps up to 6 persons:

#1 “Sant’Andrea” Suite (70 sqm, 2 people) consists of a bedroom and a lounge with sofas. The frescoed suite offers a view over the sea, the hills and the garden and is furnished with antique. The large bathroom, finished with Italian marble, has a relaxing round Jacuzzi for two; WIFI; Satellite TV.
