As you step in, you will be greeted with a large living area, where you can relax and unwind on the comfortable sofa. Enjoy the use of the private terrace which is equipped with a dining area and a BBQ grill to use at your own convenience.

Living area| : Step into the spacious living area, bathed in natural light that creates a warm and inviting atmosphere. Here, you'll find a cozy sofa and a TV for your entertainment pleasure, perfect for relaxing after long days of exploring and simply to gather round with your friends or family.
Open the sliding glass doors and step onto your private terrace adorned with comfortable outdoor furniture. This personal space is perfect for those who prefer to enjoy dinner in the Mediterranean breeze. Kindly note that the BBQ grill is also available for use. We would appreciate if it is cleaned after use , especially for extended stays as it would be difficult to remove if it is left for too long.
Kitchen| Our kitchen is equipped with all the essentials including a microwave, dishwasher, cooker, oven, fridge, and cutlery. Whether you're staying for a short getaway or a longer retreat, you'll have everything you need to prepare fantastic meals making it perfect for both long and short term rentals.
Enjoy your meals at the dining table which easily fits all guests or you can step out in the terrace if you need that fresh air in summer.
Bedrooms| 3 bedrooms, The main bedroom has an en-suite and it features a double bed. The second bedroom includes 2 single beds while the last bedroom has 3 single beds, taking up 7 guests in total.
Bathrooms| 2 bathrooms, one being an ensuite with a shower while the other can be accessible from the living area and it features a bathtub. Both bathrooms also include a toilet.
Linens| All our guests are provided with linens and two sets of towels. We are big fans of a good night so all the linens we provide is of the highest of quality.

For those seeking a swifter and more personalized way to get around, taxis are readily available. Hail one right from the street or arrange for a taxi in advance to suit your schedule. While taxis are a bit pricier than buses, they provide a faster and exceedingly convenient mode of transportation, especially when traveling with a group. Enjoy the ease and efficiency of getting from place to place with the comfort of a private taxi ride.
Very important notes before booking:
1. Locally we have STRICT noise policies throughout the day when booking our apartment, you are agreeing that you are respecting not only the house rules but also the neighbours especially in respect to extra noises. Not abiding to these rule can come to unwanted fines by local authorities. This is not a party home, so please respect it as such.
2. During lovely and summer season, although he do sanitise, some ants are to be expected, unfortunately this is part of our climate but we do provide spray and traps when needed. (Although this is not common)
3. An early checkin, can be done, but only if the apartment is vacant and is cleaned in the morning.
4. Checkins are done or by one of our team or by self checkin where we will send you all the details beforehand.
5. Waste schedule are given at the checkin and even beforehand, putting the rubbish at the right time, is imperative as otherwise we will have problems with the authorities which will fine us.
6. What is included in the apartment ? (Generally includes for the first 3-5 nights)
- Shower gels - Liquid Soap - Toilet paper (2 rolls per bathroom) - Dishwashing tabs (if dishwasher available) which is enough for 3-5 nights depending on the usage - Garbage bags - Linens for the bed - 2 Towels per person
7. Once the booking is confirmed we will also create a WHATSUP group with all the persons involved there, so that if you need anything during your stay you will find the person who will help you with any issue. The group can be used by all the people within the booking.
8. No additional guests which is not part of the booking is allowed to sleep at any time in the premises. The apartment is always insured on the guest amount you book. If you will be having any other guests it is important to get permission first, a nightly fee could be charged for the extra guest. Very important notes before booking:
