"I will forego the flowery review as i would be repeating what others have said. In short, this is a wonderful cottage in a country/farm setting that is both comfortable and cute. Yes, chickens roam free. I will comment on my stay with my adult disabled son. Anna took the time to take measurement so that we knew well in advance what limitations he may have with his wheelchair. "This is a wonderful property!! It is clean, well cared for, bright and cheerful!!! In a quiet neighborhood, close to restaurants/shopping in Winsor. Very close to an amazing golf course (Raindance National) and an easy drive to the Cheyenne, WY Rodeo (Frontier Days) The property manager and the owner are very responsive to any concerns you may have...there was a little hiccup with the TV which was quickly resolved. Will definitely stay here again if we are in the area. Delightful!"

"The property is a nice, clean new build in a good neighborhood. We were looking for something close to a little bit of everything as we were there for a softball tournament and daytime adventures. You could reach any surrounding city in 15 - 20 minutes and 20 - 30 minutes from some great hikes. Colby was great at communicating with us and responding very quickly to any of our questions or concerns. Had a great little vacation."

"Very nice two bedroom. Beds were comfortable and great location to CSU. Only thing for prospective renters to note is that the shower is a very small corner unit. Good water pressure and nice hot shower but the shower space is a bit claustrophobic and hard to move around in. Other than that a great stay and I would definitely stay here again. "
