The private swimming pool (6m x 10m) is surrounded by a sun deck and grass-landscaped lawn, both with sun loungers and umbrellas. Please be aware that the caretakers live in an annex that is connected to the villa but maintain complete privacy at all times. They have their own entrance, parking area, and garden and do not share the swimming pool. The property is gated and parking is available within the property grounds.
The house,  charmingly decorated with beautiful valued antique furniture , is on two levels. Ground floor: from different halls you get into the main sitting room with a large fire place and a bar corner. On the other side there is the fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with shower and washing machine. From the internal stair you climb to the first floor where you find a second living room with fire place, four double bedrooms, one bathroom with tub, one bathroom with shower and a small equipped landscaped terrace.
