In the heart of the Val d'Orcia National Park and the Lucciola Bella Nature Reserve, on a natural terrace overlooking Mount Amiata, this apartment offers a connection with nature in a protected and unspoiled oasis. The view of the gentle slope is unique and constantly changes as the sunlight shifts and the seasons change. Its central location makes it the perfect vacation home in Tuscany.

Located just southeast of Siena, the estate is ideally situated for day trips to Florence, Siena, Assisi, Perugia, and Pisa.
The estate produces extra virgin olive oil and wheat. The gardens are enchanting, and the apartment features a private area for outdoor dining. The 12x6-meter pool offers a breathtaking view of the valley and is shared with guests staying in my two apartments.

The first floor consists of a spacious entryway leading to a large open-concept living room with an original stone fireplace, a television with a DVD player, and a radio/CD stereo. To the left is the dining room and the fully equipped kitchen with a stovetop, oven, and dishwasher. There is also a guest bathroom downstairs.

Upstairs, there is a glass-enclosed porch with breathtaking views of wheat fields and olive groves, as well as a comfortable sofa for reading or relaxing.

The three spacious and comfortable bedrooms (2 with double beds and 1 with twin beds) each offer a stunning view of Mount Amiata and are furnished with wrought-iron lamps and beds, as well as antique furniture. On the same floor is the marble bathroom with a tub and shower. The other bathroom is en suite, connected to one of the bedrooms (please note that the shower in this bathroom is located down five steep, narrow steps and is not suitable for the elderly or people with disabilities). Outside: The garden in front of the house is furnished with a table, chairs, and a barbecue for outdoor dining with a view of the valley.
